Getting Started
Enroll in YAP for FREE! If you already have a CANVAS Card, visit the YAP Mobile Services page at My Account. You can request to have the YAP Enrollment message sent to your mobile phone. To complete enrollment all you need to do is reply Y to the SMS. If you are new to CANVAS the YAP enrollment SMS will automatically be sent to your mobile phone as soon as you activate your card.

Send and receive money with YAP
Sending and receiving money via YAP is easy! To send money, simply send a text message to YAP at 0451 YAP YAP (0451 927 927) with the amount you want to send and the mobile phone number of the person you want to send money to.
The payment is debited from your CANVAS Card and loaded onto the recipient’s card. If the recipient doesn’t have a CANVAS Card, we’ll walk them through the easy sign-up process. Once they enrol, the money you sent them will be loaded onto their new card.
